This will be the last legislative report of the season. I am happy to report that this has been a good session for us. The following bills have all passed both houses of the legislature:

SF0066 - Industrial siting amendments

SF0069 - Natural resources large projects

SF0078 - Illegal fish stocking

This bill is still awaiting the report from the joint conference committee:

HB0072 - Regulation of wind energy facilities

Today is the last day of this session. Kudos to all those who made our work possible, and particular kudos to the guys from Bowhunters of Wyoming and Representative James Byrd for carrying the water on the youth archery licenses bill. Great work!
