Ladies and Gents-
I am happy to say that all the bills I noted in yesterday's reports made it through second reading and are up for third reading today. That includes the following:
HB0018 - Aquatic invasive species-2
HB0072 - Regulation of wind energy facilities
HB0077 - Youth archery licenses
SF0066 - Industrial siting amendments
SF0069 - Natural resources large projects -
SF0078 - Illegal fish stocking
Today is the last day for third reading in the second house. I hope I will be able to report favorably on all these bills tomorrow. If so, I think we can consider this a successful session. The last day is Friday, and as always, much of the focus will be on ironing out the differences between the two houses on the budget bill.
