The resolution affirmed the importance of local voices and communities in the decisions that affect Wyoming's public lands.
Sponsored by Senator Eric Barlow and supported by 38 legislative co-sponsors from across the state, the resolution ultimately passed the Wyoming Legislature by overwhelming margins and was signed by Governor Gordon.
Too often elected officials only hear from people when something goes wrong.
A simple thank-you helps reinforce the importance of public lands, public access, wildlife, hunting and fishing opportunities, local communities, and Wyoming's outdoor heritage.
