There are 300 raffle tickets available. The drawing will take place on February 16, 2024, or earlier if all tickets are sold.
This Commissioner's License was donated by Rusty Bell to support habitat enhancement projects in northeast Wyoming that will specifically aid mule deer and their viability. Where does my money go?
This Commissioner License was given to the Wyoming Wildlife Federation by Commissioner Rusty Bell to support habitat improvement projects in eastern Wyoming. The money raised by your Commissioner Tag tickets stays in Wyoming and supports a habitat enhancement project in northeast Wyoming that will specifically aid mule deer and their viability. Your support will allow WWF to get boots on the ground to make a tangible, positive impact for wildlife.
What are my odds and what prizes could I win?
Each ticket holds a chance of winning a Commissioner's License with a maximum of 300 tickets sold.
What do I get if I receive the Commissioner's License?
The recipient of the Commissioner's License will have the ability to first choose the hunt they are interested in - either a deer, an elk, or an antelope hunt offered in Wyoming in 2024. The recipient must also pay their chosen license fee through WGFD per the residency requirements.

How do I know if I have won?
There will be an official drawing of the winner on February 16, 2024, at the latest. If all tickets sell out before then, an earlier date will be chosen for the drawing.
Following the drawing, a personal phone call and email will be made to the winner. Additionally, an email will be sent to all purchasers of the Commissioner's Tag raffle tickets once the winner has claimed their license.
