Join us for the 2025 Wild Game Cookoff!
Saturday, May 17th at 5pm @ The Lander Community & Convention Center
This year our event will take place during Wyoming Outdoor Weekend!
This event brings together sportsmen, conservationists and wildlife enthusiasts every year in support of wildlife conservation and the enjoyment of wild game. The cookoff has grown exponentially since its inception, welcoming over five hundred attendees in 2024. This year, we are partnering with Wyoming Outdoor Weekend for an evening of fun and conservation.
Teams will compete to create their best, most creative and delicious wild game, wild caught, and wild foraged dishes to be judged by both our WWF sanctioned judges and people's choice! Winner's of both categories will be announced at 7pm. If you are interested in preparing a dish or putting together a team, please fill out our interest form here.
Tasting wild game is free, but a $20 entry fee covers a roll in our raffle ticket game and grants you the ability to judge dishes in the people's choice category!
We will have live music and beer will be available for purchase at the convention center.
*Wild game is not for sale at this event. Food is served free of charge, however participating in the Cookoff requires an admission fee. We would love to see you at this year's Wild Game Cookoff!
