There is an important meeting tonight (Sept. 26) at 5:30 p.m. at the Albany County Public Library, hosted by the State Land Board Commission, on a major land swap that would impact thousands of outdoor users who recreate or come to use our forest lands Albany County. If this proposal passes, more than 4,000 acres will be off limits to outdoor enthusiasts. WWF will be at this meeting to provide testimony. The State Land Board Commission will make a decision at its meeting on Dec. 1 in Cheyenne. Public comments are due by Oct. 5 to Mr. Jason Crowder, firstname.lastname@example.org.
