Join us on our multigenerational arts and ecology field trips. Explore, learn about local ecology, and try out a new art skill. You will take an easy to moderate hike co-led by a WWF staff member and an arts expert who will guide you through interconnected information about the local ecosystem and a new art skill.

Cost: $30 per individual or $100 per family (up to 2 adults and up to 3 kids) for each event (supplies except cameras included)

Lander is pretty as a postcard, and you'll get a chance to try out watercolors and paint your own postcard of our unique landscape.
Create a Nature Journal

A good journal can be a wealth of scientific data -AND- a work of art. Learn what kinds of information, drawings, and techniques you can use to create a journal full of memories you will treasure for years to come.
Found Object Sculptures

Doesn't that stick look like a bird's head? Nah, more like a gnome. Use found objects and a little imagination to put together a sculpture like no other that is sure to start conversations and remind you of all of the different ways we can think about our wild landscapes.
Nature Photography

Learn how to frame and capture images from your adventures. Landscapes? Closeups? Form and texture? Bring all of your questions about how to create a photograph that is as captivating as our local scenery.
